5 ways to ‘liven up’ your water in the morning

( Natural News ) Most people could use a bit of a jump start in the morning, and the common fix for this is coffee. However, when you have been presumably fasting from bedtime to waking up, the hit of a highly acidic and caffeinated beverage to your digestive system and body first thing is akin to your loved one slapping you in the face to wake you up.
