1/4 tsp The Mind superpowder*
1/2 tsp raw coconut oil (or ghee)
1 Tbsp coconut cream powder
1-2 tsp matcha powder* (depends on how strong you like it!)
4oz hot water
4oz homemade almond milk (or choice of milk)
choice of low glycemic sugar (stevia or coconut sugar)
* If you do not have The Mind, sub for 1/4 tsp of one of the herbs mentioned above. Or if using a liquid Brain tonic of sorts, sub for 1/2 tsp.
**For those that do not want caffeine, substitute with a non-caffeinated chai.
Add all dry ingredients into a cup and slowly pour in hot water. Whisk intensively (or use a hand blender) until totally dissolved. Add in as much milk as you wish and enjoy!
