After a night of sleep realistically you’ve gone one third of the day without taking in any fluids, add to that most people don’t drink enough water when they are awake. As much as 75% of the USA population may suffer from chronic dehydration. Drinking more water can be an easy fix for feeling tired, headaches, weakness, or constipation. Chugging back coffee is liquid but is not the same as wonderful water. Many ailments are believed to begin with unhealthy toxin ridden guts. Drinking water on an empty stomach especially first thing in the morning can help cleanse the stomach and support digestion. Water therapy has been used in Japanese traditional medicines as an essential element, 8-10 cups of water are recommended daily. Human bodies are made of about 70% water, as is much of earth and just about everything on it, water is the natural life line, and everyone should be making sure the get enough of it.
