A new study published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease suggests that eating mushrooms regularly can help prevent cognitive decline . The health benefits of mushrooms Mushrooms are used in various cuisines, and they are considered as nutrient-rich ingredients. Mushrooms contain large amounts of antioxidants that prevent cell damage caused by free radicals.
